Backgammon Kings does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, size selection or other non-defect reasons. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before placing an order.

Damage or manufacturing issues

Our no-returns policy does not remove coverage for eligible damage or manufacturing issues reported within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or has a qualifying issue, follow the steps in our 30-Day Warranty.
