30-day coverage

Backgammon Kings provides a 30-day warranty for eligible damage in transit or manufacturing issues. The coverage period begins on the date your order is delivered.

How to make a claim

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please keep all packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Eligible resolutions

After we review and confirm an eligible claim, we will provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement parts, a replacement item or another remedy.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, misuse, accidental damage after delivery, unauthorized modification or differences that are clearly shown or described on the product page.

All sales remain final under our No Returns Policy.
