Shipping from Backgammon Kings

We offer free insured shipping on every order within the continental United States. Eligible destinations are the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.

Shipping exclusions

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or international destinations. Orders addressed to an excluded destination cannot be completed or fulfilled.

Order processing and tracking

Each order is prepared for shipment and checked before it leaves us. Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier. When tracking is available, it is sent to the contact information provided with the order.

Damage in transit

If an order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 30 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs. Eligible damage is handled under our 30-Day Warranty.
